About the estate
Based in Dobl-Zwaring in Western Styria, the Florian winery combines traditional cellar management with modern methods according to its own philosophy. Led by Joachim Florian, the estate manages vineyards located throughout the region. Immediately after harvest, the grapes are destemmed and transported in a chilled mash tank to the main winery in Dobl. This process, referred to as Styrian cold maceration, results in a diverse range of high-quality wines.
