The Fischer Vins, Caveau St-Amour estate manages vineyards in the Lavaux and La Côte regions with the AOC Vaud designation. The Fischer family was established in Belmont-sur-Lausanne since 1987 and relocated in 2017 to Chenaux near Cully, where they now live above the winery and cellar. Since January 2024, the business has been taken over by qualified winemakers Alexandre and Valérie, with support from Gilbert and Cathy.
