About the estate
The Hungarian winery Firmánszky Pince cultivates three hectares of vineyards in the Tokaj region, originating from family-planted plots on the Sátor hill in Abaújszántó during the 1960s. Now managed in the third generation, the estate was expanded in the 2000s with additional vineyard areas in Abaújszántó and Tállya. The winemaking process utilizes both stainless steel tanks and traditional oak barrels to produce a range extending from fresh, accessible styles to longer-aged wines. The estate focuses on sustainable practices, the preservation of traditions, and authentic expression of origin within the Tokaj wine region.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Furmint.
