The Feudo Dei Sanseverino estate is located in Saracena within the southern Italian region of Calabria. The winery preserves a history of over a century and is primarily known for producing Moscato di Saracena. This distinctive passito wine relies on traditional grape varieties such as Guarnaccia, Malvasia, Odoacra, and a local indigenous Moscatella grape. The production process involves a traditional technique combining two different musts derived from boiled juice and air-dried grapes. The resulting wine is an amber-colored, intensely aromatic dessert wine with an elegant palate.
