About the estate
The Fattoria Le Bonille estate was founded in 2011 in Greve in Chianti in Tuscany and is led by Roberto. The property extends from the original nucleus in Greti through the Tenuta di Montefioralle to the Tenuta di Olmastrino estate. On soils characterized by limestone, marl, galestro, and schistose clays, Sangiovese as well as international grape varieties such as Merlot and Syrah are cultivated. The wines undergo maturation in wood, concrete, or porous materials to develop their structure and longevity. The winery is a member of the Consorzio Chianti Classico and the Consorzio dei viticoltori di Montefioralle.
The eno directory lists 2 wines, mostly from Sangiovese and Teroldego.
