The Fattoria La Ripa estate is located in the heart of Tuscany within the Chianti Classico zone and covers an area of about 140 hectares, including vineyards. The property has been in production since 1940, bottling and selling wines under the Chianti Classico DOCG and Toscana IGT denominations. Organic farming rules have been strictly applied since 2001, resulting in certified organic production. The winery's principal wines are based on Sangiovese and Canaiolo grapes, alongside traditional Vinsanto and other regional styles. A large portion of the production is exported to international markets.
