About the estate
The Famille Fabre estate looks back on a winemaking history spanning more than 16 generations, dating back to 1605. Today, the family-run business comprises a total of five châteaux and estates across the Languedoc region. The vineyards extend over diverse terroirs, including sites at the foot of the Black Mountain and on the historic soils of a former lake. The grape variety portfolio includes French classics alongside newer plantings such as Alvarinho and Malbec. The winemaking process combines traditional craftsmanship with modern techniques to express the individual character of each origin.
