The Fabrice Carron winery is located in Fully in the Swiss canton of Valais and was established in 2020 by the winemaker. Following years of experience working alongside family members, the producer created an independent estate to vinify their own grapes under the AOC Valais denomination. The portfolio features artisan wines such as Fendant, Johannisberg, Petite Arvine, and Merlot originating from Fully, Saillon, and Combe d’enfer. Viticulture and vinification are carried out entirely through a family-run approach ranging from pruning to bottling.
