Enò-Trio Vini

About the estate

The Enò-Trio Vini estate is a family-run winery managed by Nunzio Puglisi alongside his two daughters, Stefany and Désirée, on the slopes of Mount Etna. The winery spans approximately four hectares of land, with vineyards distributed across various parcels in different districts and municipalities on the northern and northwestern slopes of the volcano. Situated at altitudes ranging from 650 to 1100 meters, the vineyards cultivate grape varieties such as Nerello Mascalese, Carricante, Traminer Aromatico, Grenache, Moscato Petit Grain, Chardonnay, Pinot Nero, and Merlot. The vineyards are managed naturally, following the phases of the moon and traditional techniques passed down through generations.
