About the estate

The Drius Mauro estate is located in Cormòns within the Friuli-Venezia Giulia region, tracing its family history back to the late nineteenth century. Spanning 18 hectares of vineyards, the winery cultivates grapes across the Collio and Isonzo denomination areas. Operations are managed collectively by the family, following a significant milestone in 1989 when the estate began bottling its own production. The portfolio features varieties such as Friulano, Pinot Bianco, Sauvignon, Pinot Grigio, Malvasia, Chardonnay, Merlot, and Cabernet Sauvignon. These wines reflect the distinctive characteristics of soils composed of marl, sandstone, and alluvial gravels in this border region.
