About the estate
The Don Tomasi estate looks back on a long tradition as winegrowers across many generations. Cantina Don Tomasi was established in 2004 by the partner-producers Giuseppe Terrasi and associates. The winery is located in the fertile Jato Valley on the slopes of the archaeological area of Monte Jato, not far from Palermo in Sicily. The producer's portfolio within the Sicilia DOC denomination includes various wines such as Grillo Chardonnay, Nero D’Avola, and a blend of Nero d’Avola and Cabernet.

Visibilmente brillante, al naso si percepisce il suo meraviglioso profumo, standing-out frutta esotica, fragranza miscelata con una forte dose di vaniglia, che è una caratteristica tipica. Un vino assolutamente emozionante e sensoriale. Al palato, la sua sapidità e mineralità sono i padroni. Piacevole e facile da bere.

Visibilmente intenso rosso rubino, al naso è complesso con sentori fruttati che vanno dalle amarene ai mirtilli, al palato è ricco, pesante e tannico al punto giusto.

Visibilmente intenso rosso granato, al naso è complesso con sentori balsamici del rovere. Al palato favolosamente avvolgente, pur in presenza di un’imperiosa mole tannica, eccezionale concentrazione di sensazioni di bacche rosse cassis e spezie, balsamico, morbido, persistente e avvolgente.
