About the estate
The Domeniul Bogdan winery is located in the Dobrogea region between the Danube and the Black Sea within the Murfatlar DOC denomination. The vineyards near the village of Peștera feature soils consisting of chernozem, limestone, sand, and clay, alongside a local climate influenced by breezes from the Black Sea. The estate operates entirely according to the principles of biodynamic agriculture and avoids the use of chemical substances. Both the vineyard management and the cellar are certified as organic by Austria Bio Garantie. The resulting wines reflect the natural conditions of this geographical location.
