About the estate
The Crama Rasova estate is located in Cernavodă in the Dobrogea region of Romania within the Murfatlar DOC denomination. A young team of wine enthusiasts shapes the winery's history with a collection of energetic young red, white, and rosé wines. The vineyards benefit from a unique environment characterized by abundant sunshine, sandy soils, cooling night air, and the breeze from the Danube. The cultivated grape varieties include international and indigenous vines such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Pinot Gris, Fetească albă, Muscat Ottonel, Tămâioasă Românească, Fetească neagră, Pinot Noir, Cabernet Sauvignon, Syrah, as well as the local Dobrogea varieties Columna and Mamaia. These natural elements are captured directly in the estate's distinctive wines.
