About the estate
The Crama Trantu winery is located in Cernavodă within the Dobrogea region and manages 112 hectares of vineyards in the Murfatlar DOC denomination. Drawing on over 27 years of experience, the estate benefits from a distinctive microclimate featuring calcareous soils and influences from the Danube and the Black Sea. The production facility has a processing capacity of 60 tonnes of grapes per day and a storage capacity of 10,000 hectolitres. The portfolio includes grape varieties such as Chardonnay, Sauvignon Blanc, Fetească Regală, Syrah, Pinot Noir, and Fetească Neagră. Operations involve manual harvesting, hand sorting of grapes, and maturation in stainless steel tanks and oak barrels.
