About the estate
The Domaine Vintur estate is located at the foot of Mount Ventoux in the southern Rhône Valley and was acquired by Graham Shore in 2010. The vineyards feature vines ranging from 30 to 60 years of age planted on clay-limestone soils. The winery has converted its operations to organic farming and produces wines under the AOC Ventoux and Vaucluse IGP denominations. The grape variety portfolio includes Grenache, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Clairette, and Roussanne, among others. Vinification takes place in a modern cellar while taking into account the local climate shaped by the mistral wind.
