About the estate
The Domaine Vincent estate cultivates seven hectares of vineyards across prestigious appellations of the Côte de Beaune, including Corton-Charlemagne, Chassagne-Montrachet, Meursault, Auxey-Duresses, and Monthelie. Viticulture follows biodynamic principles, utilizing vines with an average age of sixty years derived exclusively from massal selections and trained using the Cordon de Royat method. In the cellar, vinification is conducted with minimal intervention, featuring a long maturation process spanning two winters to ensure natural stabilization. This philosophy aims to produce wines of exceptional purity that faithfully express their specific terroir and vintage.
The eno directory lists 20 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Pinot Noir.
