About the estate

The Domaine Trapet Alsace estate is located in Riquewihr and cultivates vineyards rooted in a long family history. In 2002, Andrée Trapet took over her parents' winery and converted the entire estate to biodynamic agriculture. The vineyards include renowned grand cru sites such as Sonnenglanz, Schoenenbourg, Sporen, and Schlossberg, as well as parcels across several surrounding municipalities. With the arrival of Pierre and Louis Trapet in 2017 and 2018, the next generation has joined the estate, focusing on natural viticultural methods such as increased planting density and the production of distinctive wines.
