The Domaine Saint-Thomas estate was founded in 2005 and is located in Argelès-sur-Mer between the Mediterranean Sea and the mountains. The winery encompasses 22 hectares of vineyards set within the picturesque landscape of the Pyrenées-Orientales near the Albères mountains. The vines are cultivated with a commitment to environmental respect and hold organic farming certification. The production focuses on wines from the AOC Collioure, AOC Banyuls, and AOC Côtes-du-Roussillon appellations. In addition to winemaking, the property features five on-site gîtes for visitors to stay within the vineyard surroundings.
