The family-owned Domaine Roustan estate is situated in the heart of the Provençal village of La Fare-les-Oliviers in the Bouches-du-Rhône department and spans approximately twenty hectares of vineyards. Since 2016, the property has been managed by Sylvaine Roustan, who works as both a winemaker and an olive grower. The vineyards are cultivated according to the rules of organic farming with a focus on respecting the environment and biodiversity. In addition to wine, the producer also makes olive oil and grape juice.
