About the estate

The Domaine Rousseaux Jacques estate is located in Verzenay in the Champagne region and looks back on a long family viticultural history documented as far back as the eighteenth century. Paul Rousseaux initially began producing his own champagne and marketing it independently. In the 1960s, Jacques Rousseaux took over the operation and further developed the commercialization alongside his wife. Since January 2001, Céline and Eric have been running the family winery. The traditional production process includes classical bottle fermentation and encompasses all stages from gentle pressing to final labeling.
