Domaine Nicolas Brunet

About the estate

The Domaine Nicolas Brunet estate is run as a family business across nine generations and is located in Vouvray in the Loire Valley. The vineyards cover 17 hectares on the prime slopes of Vouvray, with part of the area farmed organically. The vineyard is entirely planted with Chenin Blanc, growing on clay-limestone soils rich in flint. Management follows traditional practices with manual harvesting and mechanical soil cultivation instead of herbicides. The winemaking yields sparkling wines produced by the traditional method as well as dry, off-dry, and sweet still wines.
