About the estate
Located in Roquebrun, the Domaine Navarre is managed across three generations and encompasses around twelve hectares of vineyards planted on large terraces with brown schist soils. Situated within a landscape of mountains and garrigue in the Haut-Languedoc, the current winemaker took over the estate in 1988. The viticultural approach respects natural cycles through soil cultivation, the omission of chemical products, and the use of compost and plant preparations, complemented by manual harvesting in small teams. For the production of St Chinian appellation wines and other ranges, the estate cultivates traditional varieties such as Grenache, Carignan, Cinsault, and Syrah alongside rare historical varieties like Ribeyrenc and Œillade.
