The vines are planted predominantly on clay-limestone soils with patches of gravel and falun, featuring Chenin Blanc, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Grolleau, and Sauvignon Blanc. From these grape varieties, the winery produces wines under appellations including AOC Anjou, AOC Anjou-Villages, AOC Cabernet d'Anjou, AOC Coteaux du Layon, AOC Crémant de Loire, and AOC Rosé d'Anjou. Vinification is adapted to individual parcels to express the distinct personality of each terroir.
