About the estate

The Domaine Michaut-Jacob estate is rooted in a family that has been established in Beines for several generations. In 2018, Cécile and Romuald founded the winery on land handed down by Christian and planted new plots. Wine production focuses on the AOC Chablis denomination. Until recently, the entire production was sold to local wine merchants, while a portion of the volume has been bottled and marketed since 2022. Further plantings as well as new appellations and grape varieties are planned for the coming years.
