About the estate

The Domaine les Trois Toits estate is located in Vertou near Nantes in the Loire Valley, within the AOC Muscadet Sèvre et Maine appellation area. Farming is conducted according to biological agriculture and agroecological practices on soils formed of weathered micaschist and quartz-rich eolian silts. Cultivated grape varieties include the dominant Melon de Bourgogne and Folle Blanche, alongside Gamay, Côt, Merlot, and resistant varieties such as Vidal, Sélénor, and Chambourcin. The team produces white wines, red wines, skin-contact maceration wines, and traditional method sparkling wines.
