About the estate
The Domaine Les Perrettes estate is located in Eysins in the canton of Vaud and has been farmed by the Olivier family for ten generations. In addition to fields and forests, the agricultural holding includes a vineyard of over four hectares situated on morainic deposits. Farming is conducted in accordance with ecological standards such as PER, IP Suisse, and the Vinatura sustainability label. The vineyards are planted with six red grape varieties and one white, including Chasselas, Gamay, Merlot, and Mara. In collaboration with the Cave de La Côte in Nyon, these yield various single-varietal wines as well as a powerful red blend.
