About the estate
The Domaine le Sollier estate is situated at the foot of the Cévennes National Park and covers approximately fifteen hectares of south-facing hillside vineyards. The property is run as a family business in the third generation by Laurent, Thomas, and Nicolas. The establishment of the private winery and the production of distinctive terroir wines began in 2006. Cultivated grape varieties include Grenache, Syrah, and Viognier, among others. The local soils are characterized by geological features such as dolomite, schist, and sand.
