About the estate
The Domaine la Colombette estate is located on the outskirts of Béziers overlooking the Mediterranean Sea and has been run by the Pugibet family since 1890. The family cultivates grape varieties such as Grenache, Syrah, Chardonnay, Sauvignon, Pinot, and Souvignier Gris on the property. In addition to producing traditional wines, the estate focuses on developing alcohol-free cuvées, low-alcohol light wines, and fungus-resistant grape varieties. The wines are aged in demi-muid barrels among others, and a large portion of the bottles is sealed with screw caps. The wines are vinified in the estate's own cellar and distributed internationally.
The eno directory lists 3 wines, mostly from Grenache and Syrah.
