About the estate

The Domaine la Cavaliere estate focuses on healthy and responsible organic agriculture. Polyculture involving olive trees, vines, vegetable gardens, animals, and beehives fosters biodiversity and pollination in the Luberon environment. All grapes are harvested by hand to protect the yield and limit bacteriological issues. During vinification, the winery works entirely naturally, avoiding chemical yeasts and enzymes. Only a slight addition of sulfur may be made during certain bottlings.
