About the estate

The Domaine Humbrecht Bernard estate in Gueberschwihr has been run as a family business since 1620, spanning thirteen generations. In 1968, the direct sale of bottled wine from the property began, and the estate has since expanded to encompass ten hectares of vineyards. Viticulture is conducted in accordance with Haute Valeur Environnementale certification, employing sustainable methods such as mechanical soil management and the elimination of herbicides. Today, the descendants work alongside their parents on the estate, whose roots remain deeply anchored in traditional Alsatian winemaking.
