About the estate
The Domaine Hudelot Noellat estate was founded in 1962 by Alain Hudelot in Vougeot in the Côte de Nuits and is managed today by his grandson, Charles van Canneyt. The estate encompasses ten hectares of vineyards spread across four villages and fifteen appellations, featuring notable parcels such as Richebourg and Romanée Saint-Vivant. Pinot Noir is cultivated as the exclusive grape variety to accurately express the distinct characteristics and identities of each individual plot. In the cellar, the estate relies on classic, low-intervention vinification utilizing indigenous yeasts, followed by aging the wines in their cellars.
