About the estate
The Domaine Hering estate has been producing wine in Barr, in the heart of the Vosges foothills in Alsace, since 1858. The vineyards cover an area of more than eleven hectares, cultivated with respect for the environment. The family-run winery also farms the historic Clos de la Folie Marco, whose origins date back to the Middle Ages and which has been operated by the Hering family since 1962. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Alsace, AOC Alsace Grand Cru, and AOC Crémant d'Alsace denominations.
