About the estate
The Domaine Gabriel Monier estate cultivates vineyards across the three communes of Tulette, Suze-la-Rousse, and Visan, featuring soils such as blue marls, red garrigue, and calcareous silt. Built in 2017, the modern winery operates on compensated energy from rooftop photovoltaic systems and utilizes temperature-controlled stainless steel vats, raw concrete tanks, and barrels for maturation. In the vineyards, the estate applies agro-ecological practices including tailored soil management, the use of compost, and a drastically reduced amount of copper during treatments. Vinification is carried out with minimal intervention and without sulfites until the aging stage. The production includes wines from grape varieties such as Chardonnay and Merlot, alongside rosé wines.
The eno directory lists 5 wines, mostly from Chardonnay and Merlot.
