About the estate

The Domaine Fritz estate is located in Sigolsheim, Alsace, and traces its origins back to a former mill acquired by Guillaume Fritz in 1926, which was subsequently converted into a winery over the generations. Today, the traditional property is managed in the fourth generation by Thierry Fritz and his wife Catherine. The vineyards extend across clay-limestone soils in the plains as well as on the surrounding hillsides, which include plots in the Grand Cru Mambourg. On the steep slopes, varieties such as Gewurztraminer, Pinot Gris, Muscat, and Riesling are harvested by hand. The portfolio features wines from the AOC Alsace and AOC Alsace Grand Cru Mambourg denominations.
