About the estate
The Domaine Fond Cypres estate manages fifteen hectares of vineyards located in the Corbières region in France. The plots are situated on the northern slopes of the foothills, protected by woods and characterized by windy conditions as well as blue marl and sandy soils. Operating organically since 2006, the winery focuses on hand-harvesting and natural vinification methods with indigenous yeasts. The production features diverse cuvées and pure grape varieties such as Carignan and Grenache. Aging takes place primarily in wooden vats and stainless steel tanks without filtration or external additives.
