About the estate
The Domaine Fleischer estate cultivates vineyards in the terroirs of Pfaffenheim and Alsace. The portfolio includes the seven classic Alsatian grape varieties, which are produced from exceptional lieux-dits, Grands Crus, Vendanges Tardives, and Sélections de Grains Nobles. The production also features Crémants d’Alsace as well as wines from the Breitling site, characterized by deep sandy, clayey, and silty soils. Wines from this southern-oriented terroir display fine and subtle aromas that develop further after several years of cellaring.
