About the estate
The Domaine du Pourra estate has been managed by Jean-Christian Mayordome in the southern Rhône region since 1999. The winery spans 26.3 hectares of vineyards located at high altitudes across the AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Séguret and AOC Gigondas appellations. The property operates under strict biodynamic principles and has been certified since 2012. Viticulture and winemaking are conducted entirely without chemical or oenological inputs with the aim of producing wines built for aging. The parcels feature limestone soils and clay terroirs.
