About the estate
The Domaine du Bicheron estate is located in southern Burgundy and extends across the communes of Péronne, Azé, Saint-Maurice-de-Satonnay and Viré-Clessé. Handed down within the family since 1889, the winery is now managed by the fifth generation. The vineyards are planted on clay-limestone plateaus typical of the Mâcon appellation, which accounts for the majority of production, as well as silicious soils for Viré-Clessé. The portfolio includes wines from the AOC Bourgogne, AOC Crémant de Bourgogne, AOC Mâcon and AOC Mâcon Péronne denominations.
