The Domaine des Vallats estate is located in the Val de Perier within the Gulf of Saint-Tropez in Provence. The vineyards were originally planted in 1973, and the property was acquired by the Guillemard family in 2020. Led by Francis Guillemard, alongside his daughter Aurélie Guillemard and son-in-law Kévin Gomez, the winery is supported by a team that includes head winemaker Anouar Rouich. The vines thrive in a preserved natural environment featuring a lake and rich Mediterranean vegetation. The estate produces wines under the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination, including the rosé cuvées Vallats Perrier and Rosée des Vallats.
