About the estate
The Domaine des Papillons estate is family-run and looks back on a history that began in Belmont-sur-Lausanne before relocating to Chenaux in 2017. Since January 2024, the winery has been managed by Valerie and Alexandre, both trained winemakers from the viticulture school in Marcelin. Gilbert contributes additional expertise to the estate as a qualified oenologist. Production includes wines under the AOC Lavaux and AOC Vaud denominations. Distribution and customer service are handled directly on-site by the family members.
