The Domaine des Hauts Perrays is located on the heights of Chaudefonds-sur-Layon in the heart of the Anjou Noir and is managed by winemakers Gabin and Stéphane. The estate covers 16 hectares of vineyards with parcels situated on schist soils, with the vines averaging 40 years of age. The cultivated grape varieties include Chenin, Cabernet Franc, Grolleau, Pineau d’Aunis, and Gamay. Harvesting is carried out entirely by hand, and vinification relies on traditional methods to produce dry and sweet white wines, red wines, rosé wines, and Crémant de Loire.
