Domaine des Berioles

About the estate

The Domaine des Berioles estate was acquired by Olivier Teissèdre in 1976 and is located in the heart of the Saint-Pourçain wine region in Cesset. The vineyard area currently spans 15 hectares across the communes of Cesset and Saulcet on clay-limestone and granitic soils. To produce its wines, the estate cultivates Chardonnay, Tressallier, Gamay, and Pinot noir grape varieties. The grapes are harvested entirely by hand and undergo strict sorting on a vibrating table upon arrival at the cellar. Operating under organic and biodynamic agricultural practices, the family-run winery vinifies its cuvées in its own cellar housed in a traditional local building.
