The Domaine des Amandiers estate is located in Turquant within the Saumur wine region in the Loire Valley and is managed by Etienne Rideau following his father Marc. The vineyards cover 18.5 hectares with predominantly clay-limestone soils, planted with Cabernet Franc and Chenin Blanc. The winery has practiced sustainable farming for many years and holds the HVE certification. Vinification takes place entirely in troglodytic cellars carved into tuffeau rock. The production includes the appellations AOC Saumur Champigny, AOC Saumur Blanc, AOC Saumur, and AOC Crémant de Loire, which are distributed to wine merchants and restaurants.
