About the estate
The Domaine des 3 Dames estate was founded in 2014 by Simon Ravaud in Solutré-Pouilly in southern Burgundy. The name pays tribute to three sisters who provided their vineyards, as well as to the three original appellations and the three surrounding rocks. Today, the winery cultivates seven hectares of vineyards stretching from Solutré-Pouilly to Pruzilly. The team consists of the winemaker and oenologist alongside Estelle Debost, who manages administrative and commercial operations.
