Domaine de Roquevignan

About the estate

The Domaine de Roquevignan estate is located in Rochegude in the southern Rhône Valley and has been prospering since the 1950s. Spanning 65 hectares of vineyards cultivated with respect for the environment and certified HVE, the property grows grape varieties typical of the appellation such as Grenache Noir, Syrah, Mourvèdre, Carignan, and Grenache Blanc. The terroir features sandy slopes, garrigue plains with pebbles, and clay-limestone soils with an average vine age of 40 years. Production is divided between 55 hectares classified under protected designations of origin including AOC Côtes du Rhône, Côtes du Rhône Villages, and AOC Côtes du Rhône Villages Rochegude, alongside 10 hectares of Méditerranée IGP.
