About the estate
The Domaine de Pied-Flond estate is situated in the Loire Valley in Terranjou, right in the heart of the Layon vineyards. Managed by the seventh generation of the family, the winery looks back on a history dating back to 1864. Across 25 hectares of vineyards, grape varieties such as Chenin, Chardonnay, Cabernet Franc, Cabernet Sauvignon, Gamay, and Grolleau are cultivated. The wines are produced under the AOC Anjou, AOC Cabernet d'Anjou, AOC Coteaux du Layon, AOC Rosé d'Anjou, AOC Rosé de Loire, and AOC Saumur denominations.
