Domaine de Murennes

About the estate

The Domaine de Murennes estate is located in Provence within the canton of Saint Tropez, between the Col du Canadel and Bormes-les-Mimosas in the Maures Massif. The family has lived on the site for five generations, with the current generation starting the venture in 2010 with two hectares of old vines. Today, the property cultivates 6.5 hectares of vineyards under the AOC Côtes de Provence denomination using organic farming methods. Vineyard management on the steep slopes at an altitude of 300 metres excludes chemical pesticides and weed killers, while pruning, debudding, and harvesting are carried out entirely by hand. Vinification takes place in the estate's own cellar to produce wines known for their aromatic power.
