About the estate
The Domaine de la Vallongue estate cultivates 33 hectares of vineyards situated between cliffs and garrigue in the areas of Eygalières and Saint Rémy de Provence. The property's history dates back over a century, with the foundation for viticulture being laid in the 1970s by Monsieur Paul-Cavallier. The estate has farmed organically since 1985 on limestone soils influenced by the mistral wind. Planted grape varieties include Grenache, Syrah, Cinsault, Cabernet Sauvignon, and Rolle. The produced wines belong to the AOP Les Baux de Provence denomination.
