The historic Domaine de la Reniere estate cultivates 15 hectares of vineyards in the Loire Valley, with origins dating back to 1631. Located in Le Puy-Notre-Dame within the Saumur Puy Notre Dame appellation, the property benefits from soils composed of tuffeau chalk. The vineyards are farmed organically, with plantings dominated by Chenin Blanc alongside Cabernet Franc, Chardonnay, and a young plot of Grolleau Gris. Vinification relies on hand harvesting, indigenous yeasts, minimal sulfur additions, and aging in traditional troglodyte cellars.
