About the estate

The Domaine de l'Olibaou winery is located in Venelles and manages eight hectares of vineyards and olive trees facing the Sainte-Victoire mountain. On this sun-drenched clay-limestone soil, the Soriano family produces organic white, rosé, and red wines as well as olive oil. All agricultural practices and processing follow strict organic methods. As an additional standard of quality, the harvest is conducted entirely by hand to ensure a meticulous selection of the grapes.
